“Trypophobia” denim tambour liquor cabinet
£5,280.00

As far as I’ve seen, this is the first cabinet to be made from denim. I started this project back in late 2025 but had to bench the idea due to failing the first try. I revisited this idea from scratch in early 2026 going all out on materials and commitment.

The liquor cabinet is designed to go on a kitchen unit or a stand alone cabinet for easy access to your liquor collection.

The tambour door is made from solid denim with a carved trypophobia pattern, which reveals the black, dark blue and light blue layers.

For the interior lighting I went with a removable/ rechargeable automatic light. This gives the benefit of a seamless look and makes for easy installation.

Recycled skateboard and reclaimed oak coffee table

This table used 9 skateboards which where cut down into 729 of 2 ply skateboard triangles. The table was boarded with oak which I used from an old cabinet. After the boarders where attached, the skateboards where covered with epoxy. This both solidified the skateboards and protects the table.

There’s a subtle colour shift throughout. The table has a matte finish to reduce any scratches from showing over extended use,

Over the corse of 2 days the table was coated with a food safe oil finish.

This project was benched 2-3 times throughout late 2024 to 25 due to a lack of funding and materials, but I am happy to see it finished.

“Rush now, pay later” skateboard art

“Rush now, pay later” skateboard art
£1,400.00

While this piece may look good in the surface, half of my time was spent fixing errors, which you can see when you get close to the pattern.

For this work I wanted to try a different technique of pattern making where instead of cutting each small piece individually, I would cut strips with the same end shape.

This new method would in theory save me weeks of work, and sounded great at the time. However this method was quite inaccurate, and I ended up spending the time I saved filling in gaps and errors that showed as a result of rushing.

I hope the lesson this art piece teaches you, is  to take your time with life and the quality of it will improve.

most people, myself included get to wrapped up in doing more and more, rushing to do the next thing.

That we forget to absorb the moment itself. Which in turn can reduce the quality of the memory you have now made.

This becomes significant because, In the end you will want to look back at the bank of memories you have built, and say with confidence that you spent your time well.
